Overview
This detached lodge on a holiday park, near the village of Colvend on Scotland's Solway Coast sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with TV, en-suite shower, basin and WC and balcony, 1 x double with shower in room and en-suite basin and WC, 1 x ground floor twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request). Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Merrick is a detached lodge situated on a holiday park, two miles from the village of Colvend, near Dalbeattie on Scotland's Solway Coast. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double with TV, en-suite shower and a balcony, a double with a shower in the room and an en-suite basin and WC, and a ground floor zip/link twin, along with a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a communal lawned area and access to a fishing loch. A delightful lodge with many walks and cycle routes in the area.

LPG central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs, 1 Smart with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Balcony with furniture. Communal lawned area with private decked area, furniture and access to fishing loch. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Seasonal shop 8 mins walk, shop (open all year) 2 miles, pub on-site 2 mins walk. Note: Limited mobile phone reception on-site. Note: Balcony off one of the double bedrooms, children to be supervised. Note: Open loch on-site, please ensure children are supervised at all times. Note: The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people and 1 infant.

The village of Colvend has a shop, a mobile Post Office and a season restaurant, and there's a pottery shop nearby. Also, nearby Sandyhills Bay has a seasonal shop. This area of coastline, known as the Colvend and Southwick shore has many rugged cliffs and secret bays, and there's walks and cycle routes in the area.
