Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring your own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Courtyard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 8 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk.

"Enjoyed our weekend break,Weather sunny & Dry, Cottage was nice but needed extra cleaning and extra attention , Cobweb's in bathroom,Mark's on livingroom wall, Bedroom curtains need attention (too long). Bedroom draws broken,Bunkbeds need attention ROCK=(secure to wall ). Need a washer/dryer if staying longer. Found parking hard on Saturday has no space due to all car's parked WALKERS GOING UP GREAT ORM. We enjoyed the break,Would return."
"sorry not impressed, our first glance showed the cottage as in the picture but a huge bin on one side of the door and a set of recycling bins on the other, the lounge is lovely the kitchen very small, but what is called the courtyard its awful its dark damp mouldy with cracked and uneven concrete floor with a table and chairs but who would want to sit out there !. the double bed is very small we had flannelette duvet cover and pillow cases -awful the toilet seat keeps sliding to one side, the hand held shower although a good idea there is no shower curtain so the bathroom floods , no toilet roll holder. we had to ring the owner as either we couldn't find or they didn't exist instructions for the log fire, the central heating or due date for the bins and recycling , all in all not one of our best cottage rentals in fact maybe the poorest"
"We took our greyhound Ella, my wife and i and our daughter, we found the cottage to be cosey and in a very high location which provides great views, we are walkers and so didnt move the car all week, the steep walk up after a day at the bottom is to be expected, its the great orme!. Thanks Cindy, from Dan Lisa & Grace x"
"Great little cottage with lovely views towards the Promenade of Llandudno. Nicely furnished. Cosy lounge with wood burner. Ideal situation for walking into town or up onto the Great Orme. Central location for visiting so many other sites in North Wales. Very helpful owners, We hope to return next summer."
