Facilities & Amenities
Electric heaters with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Front enclosed lawned garden with outdoor double kennel and run and picnic bench. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: No children under the age of 5 years old. Note: Both bedrooms have sloping ceilings. Note: The access track to the property is through a field; this should be driven with care as it is steep and uneven and can become muddy and slippery - a 4 wheel drive is recommended. The track must always be kept free of vehicles to ensure the farmer easy access to his sheep. Note: Due to sheep in surrounding fields, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Lairg is centrally placed for touring the remote and beautiful Northern Highlands. The area has much to offer the visitor, from fine golf courses to outstanding fishing, some of the finest hill walking and mountaineering country in the land. Another attraction not to be missed is the Falls of Shin with its restaurants, shopping areas, Highland craft shops and forest walks.
