This delightful, mid-terrace character cottage is set over four floors in the small village of Llan Ffestiniog near Blaenau Ffestiniog and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Over four floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x first floor king-size double, 1 x first floor double. Second floor bathroom with corner bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Lower ground floor basin and WC. Lower ground floor kitchen with dining area. Ground floor sitting room.
Dolwar is a delightful, mid-terrace character cottage set over four floors in the small village of Llan Ffestiniog near Blaenau Ffestiniog. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double and a double room on the first floor. There is also a second floor bathroom, a lower ground floor cloakroom, a lower ground floor kitchen with a dining area and a ground floor sitting room. Outside there is roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis and a lawned garden with furniture. Dolwar is an ideal base for exploring the area and is sure to delight at any time of the year. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Gas central heating, underfloor heating to bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, DAB radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking outside cottage on a first come, first served basis. Rear cottage garden with two patio areas and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (please bring own dog beds and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Cottage accessed up 3 steps from the pavement. Note: Set over four floors with a spiral staircase, children and pets to be supervised and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Situated close to a road, associated noise may be heard. Note: Some mobile networks have limited coverage in the village although EE network provides 3G in the cottage. Note: Check-in 4pm

The old slate quarrying village of Llan Ffestiniog quietly rests close to the impressive Manod and Moelwyn Mountains, near the centre of Snowdonia National Park. Nearby Blaenau Ffestiniog, once the world's capital of slate quarrying and in the 19th century known as the 'City of Slate', offers a range of shops and pubs, whilst the surrounding area boasts a variety of things to see and do. Take a tour around Llechwedd Slate Cavern, enjoy a ride on the famous Ffestiniog Railway or simply take some time to admire the stunning mountainous views available from all aspects.
