"This was our second visit to Bluebell - what appealed to us most was the fantastic layout of this stunning property, all ensuite rooms with a central glass-roofed atrium as the main social space, a well equipped kitchen, a lounge with huge screen and our very own pub! As we were celebrating significant birthdays, the pub was a really welcome feature, where we could all hang out and share a glass of two. We ordered in fish and chips from Nafferton Fisheries, who did a brilliant job, and self-catered the rest of the time thanks to a rather large initial order with Asda, who are well used to delivering to Bluebell. With dog friendly rooms and lots of outdoor space, this is truly a venue for all seasons. For January, we had unbelievable weather. Blue skies and sunshine, making it a real pleasure to explore Bridlington's coastline, up to Flamborough Head. The men enjoyed cycling in Dalby Forest, about 45 mins away and Beverley with its Minster and pretty town centre was only 20 miles away. All in all, a great space - and communication with Mark was prompt and efficient... and on a price per head basis, it's remarkably good value. We will definitely be back for a third visit."

"Just back after an excellent weekend at the Bluebell. The setting was ideal for family fun, games, chat and eating We loved the hot tub and the space for a football match. The games room was big enough for Scottish reels and various competitions We were comfortable and happy The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful Definitely hoping to return"

"Holidayed in Feb half term with extended family. Very reasonable cost for such a large property. Rooms comfortable and the amount of fridge and freezer space was very useful. We self-catered all week. The kitchen had plenty of equipment although you had to hunt for everything as the cupboards were disorganized. The pub was a great space for spending the evenings and the kids loved the games room. Some of the inventory could do with a good clear out and overhaul. But no complaints. Had a great time in a fantastic place and the lady looking after the property was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you."

"Just back from a fantastic weekend at The Bluebell Burton Agnes.4-6th January 2019. Large family & friends group (32 in all) to celebrate my 50th birthday. From first enquiry with Mark to meeting the housekeeping team on arrival the service was first class. We arrived 20 mins early and the housekeeping team were just finishing the preparation of the property. They were very friendly, polite, welcoming and gave us a quick tour and run through of the facilities. The property was clean and facilities excellent, younger ones of our group loved the games room with table tennis, pool, air hockey, table football etc. The fact that this is a converted pub but still has the bar area makes it different from other property we have stayed at, but in a good way. It's like you are in your own pub (albeit you have to take your own drinks) which gives it a special feel. Kitchen excellent, rooms clean and comfortable, couldn't fault it at all. Hoping to organise another weekend there in the future, highly recommend."

"I rented The Bluebell for a weekend in May 2018, for a family gathering. 23 family members ranging from age 3 to 75. From my initial enquiry right through to after we had left the property we received first class service from the owner and house keeper. Fran the house keeper opened up the house for us a few weeks before our stay so I could visit and view the amenities, understand the layout, allocate bed-rooms etc. The property was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed. On previous weekends where we have hired houses we have always struggled for fridge space. Not at The Bluebell. We had ample fridge space including fridges in the bar and kitchen. The space at the property is fantastic. The children loved the small snug area with the huge projector. Adults loved the bar area and we all loved the games room. All bedrooms are en-suite and all were made up to our specific requirements on arrival. Outside space was also great - loads of room for the kids and we even managed to fit a game of rounders on the lawn. Honestly cannot fault our stay. All our family members commented on what a great find the property was and we would definitely go back in the future. "
