Mayville House is an mid-terrace Edwardian town house, situated in the centre of Scarborough. The property is set over four floors and sleeps twelve people in five bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double on the first and second floors, two family rooms with three single beds on the second and third floors, plus a twin room on the third floor. The property also has a second floor bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, a first floor bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with breakfast table, a dining room and a first floor sitting room. Outside there's roadside parking in nearby streets and an enclosed yard with furniture. Mayville House is a short walk from the beach and a convenient base for families with lots to see and do in the area. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking in adjacent streets on first come, first served basis with scratch cards provided by owner. Enclosed yard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: Check-in 4pm.

The seaside town of Scarborough offers original fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its historic castle which overlooks the town. North Bay and South Bay provide two superb stretches of golden sandy beaches and lovely coastal walks along the Cleveland Way can be enjoyed.
