This semi-detached cottage is located on the edge of Dorrington in Shropshire and can sleep five people in two bedrooms. Two king-size double bedrooms (one with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC and one with en-suite shower, basin and WC). Kitchen. Sitting room with sofa bed, dining area and woodburning stove.
Caro's Cottage is a semi-detached cottage situated next to the owner's home just over a mile from the Shropshire village of Dorrington. The cottage sleeps five people in two double bedrooms, both with an en-suite, and a sofa bed. It also has a cosy kitchen and a spacious sitting room. Outside is off road parking, a private patio and shared use of the owner's garden. With Shrewsbury just eight miles away and all of the Shropshire countryside to discover, Caro's Cottage is a lovely holiday cottage all year round. A E Houseman once wrote that Shropshire was "the quietest place under the sun" and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as one of the least crowded and most peaceful regions in England.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVDs, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 family sized cars or equivalent. Private patio with furniture and shared use of owner's lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Property accessed down track of approx 400 yards. Note: Kitchen is very small and has very low head height to access it. Note: Evening meals can be provided by prior arrangement. Note: This property have Good House keeping bond from 28/02/19.

The large Shropshire village of Dorrington is situated seven miles from Church Stretton and eight miles from Shrewsbury. The village offers two pubs, a Persian cuisine restaurant, a shop and a butchers. The Long Mynd and Stiperstone Hills are both close by, as is the World Heritage Site of Ironbridge Gorge, the Roman ruins at Wroxeter, Stokesay Castle and the Acton Scott Historic Farm.

"I would not recommend going there as owner listens buy walls to heir what's you saying she always knocks on door no brooms provided then she will complain it was not clean and try bill you I had to load my car with kiddys and 3 rubbish bags to drive half mile to throw away"
"This is a nice cottage with all that you need and good bedrooms. The location is very out the way an a good 10-15 min drive thorough narrow lanes to fine civilisation. Which is not a major problem. My only issue was the owner was too interfering for my liking.. When we had not long arrived she was walked in through the door that adjoined her home to the cottage. I was not pleased at this. She did the same thing the next day as we were eating our dinner. She then spoke to my partner in a condescending tone when she could not get the cooker working. Still a good place but owner needs to stay away until requested."
