Set all on the ground floor level, this cottage sleeps two people and has one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a sitting room with a dining area and an electric log-effect fire, and a separate kitchen. Outside, there's off road parking for one car, with additional parking available if required, a lawned garden with a patio and garden furniture, along with shared use of the grounds. Poldark Cottage is a delightful base for a couple. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, private washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Additional parking available if required, by arrangement with owner. Front and side lawned garden with patio and furniture, plus shared use of grounds with children's play area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.9 miles, pub 1.8 miles. Note: Adults only, no children or infants.

The village of East Taphouse is located on the A390 in the heart of the beautiful Cornish countryside, perfectly situated for exploring all that Cornwall and Devon have to offer. Located between the historic market towns of Liskeard to the east and the ancient stannary town of Lostwithiel to the west, there is also easy access to the picturesque old fishing ports of Looe, Polperro and Fowey and many spectacular sandy beaches and coves on the south coast, whilst the rugged and dramatic Bodmin Moor is just 10 minutes to the north.
