Two bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request) 1 x double. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
The Granary is a lovely terraced cottage situated in the town of Sanquhar just twenty six miles from Dumfries in Dumfries and Galloway. The cottage can sleep four people in one super king-size double and one double together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture. The Granary is a delightful cottage in a lovely part of Scotland. From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Private enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Due to lambs in the surrounding fields, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead at all times when outside. Note: Uneven farm track last half mile leading to property
