This duplex apartment is located in Scarborough and can sleep three people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x ground floor king-size double with en-suite basin and WC and access to patio, 1 x ground floor single (internal room). Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Kittiwake is a duplex apartment spread over the ground and first floors in the seaside resort of Scarborough. The apartment sleeps three people and has a double bedroom, a single room and a bathroom all on the ground floor. On the first floor is an open plan living area with a kitchen and a sitting area with beach and sea views. Outside is off road parking for one car and a small patio. Just a couple of minutes' walk to the beach and the town centre, Kittiwake is a superb family holiday home in a fabulous location on the sea front in Scarborough. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Popular since Victorian times, the vibrant seaside town of Scarborough retains many of its original fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its historic castle which overlooks the town. North Bay and South Bay provide two superb stretches of beautiful, golden sandy beaches, popular with families and small children. There are a number of child friendly activities and many popular visitor attractions for grown-ups too, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Outdoor Theatre for live music. Scarborough is a great location for outdoor activities, with golf courses, lovely coastal walks along the Cleveland Way, stunning cycle routes such as the old railway to Whitby, beautiful sailing and championship quality surfing.
