Old School House is a delightful, detached stone cottage, set three miles from the village of Longnor in the Peak District. With one lovely king-size double bedroom with en-suite roll-top bathroom, the cottage can sleep two people. There's also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars plus secure bike storage and an enclosed patio garden with furniture. Old School House is an excellent romantic retreat, enjoying lovely countryside views.

"Absolutely gorgeous little house. The views are just fabulous with the patio backing onto fields of wild flowers and hills rolling away into the distance. The middle of nowhere yet within 20 minutes drive of Buxton, Bakewell and Leek. The house itself feels like home the moment you walk in. It was so warm and cosy when the evenings were cold and the bed very comfortable. Lovely bath to soak in after a day's hard walking. We stayed for two weeks and wished we had booked another two. One of the best places we have stayed in the UK."
"This is a perfect little hideaway close to the Staffordshire/Derbyshire border. The owners have put a lot of thought into furnishing the cottage: - big comfortable bed - huge bathtub and rainfall shower head - TV upstairs and downstairs - a very toasty log burner (which made the cottage so warm in November we had to crack the window...) - selection of DVDs and games There is an enclosed patio with table and chairs outside, overlooking farmland all the way to the horizon. Gorgeous. A beautiful Peak District pick!"
