The cottage can sleep four people in one king-size double bedroom and one twin, as well as ground floor family shower room. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking for 1 car beside a lane within 50 yards, on a first come, first served basis. Bike storage. Enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: The steep stairs may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Note: Intermittent mobile phone reception. Note: The cottage is situated beside a country lane and therefore some associated traffic noise can be heard.
