Second floor bathroom with bath, separate double shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area and woodburning stove. First floor split-level utility with separate basin and WC. Sitting room (seats 7).

Barmouth is a traditional seaside town surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park. This traditional seaside town boasts a sandy Blue Flag beach which is perfect for families. A variety of shops, pubs and restaurants combined with the mild climate, make this an ideal destination for a holiday, even out of season. Within a short drive is the Mawddach Estuary, trout fishing in mountain lakes, Harlech Castle, St David's golf course and Portmeirion Italianate Village - just a handful of the many superb attractions within easy reach of this lovely spot.
