Holly Cottage is within easy reach of the seaside town of Cromer, and also offers easy access to the Broads and the countryside of this lovely part of Norfolk. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways - East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, salt marshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for fire available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Partially fenced garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Sloping ceiling in some first floor rooms.

Cromer is a seaside town in Norfolk with a promenade, Blue Flag beach and Victorian pier. Visit the lifeboat station or Pavilion Theatre, enjoy a round of golf at the local course or sample the shops, pubs and restaurants in the town. National Trust properties and the towns of Sheringham and Holt are within easy reach.

"The cottage was lovely. The rooms were spacious, with a double bedroom on the ground floor, and a separate WC. Upstairs were three bedrooms (one double and two single) and a bathroom. Biscuits, tea, coffee and milk greeted us upon our arrival. Very warm cottage, excellent heating. The shower over the bath could've been a little more powerful but it was hot, and manageable. The cottage was laid out, so it was very dog friendly, and we could easily isolate the dog. The garden is a good size, but it is not enclosed and does not have an outside back light, so bring a torch! The village is lovely, there's a massive field near the village hall where the dog can go off-lead, and the pub is dog friendly and very welcoming (even open on Christmas day). Overall an excellent stay! Loved it. Didn't meet the housekeeper in person, but thank you, we loved our family Christmas together :-)"
