Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Patio with furniture. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Bike storage for up to 4 bikes. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The patio area is at the gable end of the property, accessed through a gate from the pavement and from the house down the rear ginnel from the kitchen (rear) door.

Burton in Lonsdale is a small village on the edges of Lancashire and Yorkshire, very close to Cumbria and the Lake District. Burton in Lonsdale sits in the hills above the River Greta, and has a shop, pub and church with impressive spire, which can be seen from miles around.
