Family bathroom with shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

The cottage sleeps six people and has one en-suite double bedroom and two twin together with family shower room. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. Situated in the heart of North Devon, Lodge 88 is a lovely family lodge with many on-site leisure facilities. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car beside the lodge, free additional parking in the car park 20m from the lodge. Decked patio with furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, No Smoking. Shop and pub/restaurant 2 miles away. Note: Leisure facilities available 5 miles away at Penstowe Manor, including indoor and outdoor heated pools, Jacuzzi, sauna, squash court, tennis courts, bar/restaurant and games room, all at extra cost. Note: Private fishing with free exclusive use of two lakes plentifully stocked with carp, rudd, bream and tench. Note: perfect for long walks as property lies in area of natural outstanding beauty. Please note: this property sits on an environmentally friendly site with a reed bed soakaway; no harsh chemicals are to be used. Please note - from the 26th August 2020, the owner can only accept a 3 night booking. If this is not adhered to, the owner is fully within her rights to cancel.

The small village of Woolsery is situated in the heart of North Devon, offering a local shop along with a warm, friendly pub. Nearby Hartland Forest encompasses hundreds of acres of Forestry Commission woodland, whilst just 5 miles away lies the village of Clovelly, renowned for its flower-strewn cottages and steep cobbled footpath leading down to the 14th Century harbour.
