Note: Accessed up a 0.1 mile long steep track through the working farmyard. Note: Cottage accessed up 5 steps. Note: Unfenced drop off the driveway, use caution when manoeuvring. Note: Restricted visibility when leaving the driveway onto the B4396.

The traditional Welsh village of Penybontfawr is situated in breathtaking countryside amidst the Berwyn Mountains. The village has its own shop and pub and the area is ideal for climbing, birdwatching, walking and cycling. Lake Bala, Lake Vyrnwy and the town of Oswestry are all nearby and well worth a visit.
