This immaculately-presented apartment is set over the first and second floors of a detached property in the heart of Ramsgate, and can sleep five people in two bedrooms. Over first and second floors, consisting of 2 flights of stairs. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x triple bunks (double on bottom, single on top). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC (on first floor). Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room.

Outside there is off road parking for one small car and additional unrestricted roadside parking just outside. Seagull's Rest is a lovely base for your holiday. Its history and heritage provide the region with a rich array of sightseeing possibilities, while the stunning choice of Blue Flag beaches offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Additional unrestricted roadside parking adjacent to property. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Beach and harbour 10 mins walk. Note: Off road parking is suitable for medium-size cars only. Note: One step up into bathroom which is narrow at one end. Note: 2 flights of stairs
