Gas Central heating with wood burning stove inc starter pack and gas flame effect fire. Induction hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV in lounge. WiFi. Off road parking for one car. Rear courtyard garden. Linen and towels provided by the owner. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 8 mins walk and pub 10 mins walk. Coast 12 mins walk. Note mobile reception is very limited at property.

The village of Arnside is situated on the southernmost tip of the Lake District in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village offers a pier, the 15th century Peel Towers, and a selection of shops and pubs. Close by is Leighton Moss RSPB Reserve, and within reach are the Lake District and Lune Valley, the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland.
