Electric oven with induction hob, combi microwave/grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with basic Sky, DVD, DAB radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking opposite. Lawned garden and gravelled area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 4.5 miles, pub and restaurant 3 mins walk. Note: Cottage is on a B-road, some occasional traffic noise may be heard. Note: The dining table is located underneath the stairwell and will need to be pulled out for 5 guests to use.

Monyash is a charming Derbyshire village built around the village green in the heart of the Peak District National Park, boasting a 17th century village pub which serves good food. The attractive market town of Bakewell is just under 5 miles away and offers visitors a good selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, as well as frequent local farmers' markets. Bakewell is situated within the Peak District National Park and is ideally placed for exploring this beautiful region.
