Porth View is a lovely semi-detached cottage situated in the grounds of a hotel in the village of Porth, just one and a half miles from Newquay. The cottage can sleep four people and has one double bedroom and one twin, both with an en-suite bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with spectacular sea views. Outside is off road parking for one car and a lawned garden with furniture. Porth View is a lovely cottage from which to explore this delightful part of the country with so many fabulous beaches to discover.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car 100 yards from the property down a slight incline. Private lawned garden with patio and furniture. Balcony with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.4 miles. Note: The beach does not allow dogs between Easter and September. Note: Dense hedge at bottom and rocks in garden, children to be supervised.

Porth is a small seaside village on the outskirts of Newquay. The village offers a shop, cafes, restaurants and a pub on the sandy beach, plus nearby is the South West Coast Path, which boasts spectacular scenery. Watergate Bay, with its rolling waves, surf schools, cafe and pubs, is a short walk away, and the popular resort of Newquay with its beaches, watersports, pubs, restaurants, zoo and aquarium is well worth a visit.
