Off road parking for 1 car 35 yards away - Please be aware the access to the property is via a gravel path. Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, shared use of washing machine in drying room. fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, selection of games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Front lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Mobile phone reception can be limited in the cottage with some providers.

Yorkley is a thriving village on the southern edge of the wonderful Forest of Dean with an excellent pub and village shop offering many lovely walks and cycle routes in all directions. The RSPB Nagshead Reserve is home to many rare woodland birds and offers interesting events for all ages throughout the year. The unspoilt Malvern Hills, Brecon Beacons National Park and Black Mountains, as well as lovely Cotswold towns and villages are just a little further afield.

The cottage was well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable. Our dog was well catered for with a secure garden and paddock to exercise in and loved daily play time with Charlie the Border Collie.
