Gas central heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 40" Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books and games Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot. Off road parking. Communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Use of communal heated indoor swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room inc. in the rental price. Additional facilities and activities, including the gym, archery, tennis and cycle hire are available at additional cost, payable on-site. Note: Lakes on-site, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The gymnasium will still be accessible. However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday. Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.

Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday. A fishing town on the North East Coast, Filey is home to a bay, a long stretch of beautiful sand, with Filey Brigg and its shallow rock pools to the north. Flamborough Head boasts high cliffs with a series of walks and the Bempton Cliffs are a haven for bird lovers. A short drive brings you to the town of Scarborough.
