Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent, additional fuel available to purchase from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Secure bike storage. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Organic Shop/cafe and 2 pubs within 2 miles. Note: Property situated next to A66, some road noise may be heard. Note: Although there is no garden at the property, dog walking next to the house and walks through fields may be available by arrangement with the owner, and dog walks on public paths and in the area are available locally in Bowes village. Note: Excellent access to 4G at property
