The cottage also has a kitchen with pull-out dining table and a first floor sitting room with electric fire. Outside there's roadside parking, an enclosed courtyard with furniture and a tiered lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sea Breeze is a convenient base for exploring this part of Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Stairgate. Unrestricted roadside parking outside property. Enclosed courtyard with furniture, plus tiered garden with patio and decked area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, bar in yacht club 1 min walk. Note: Steep narrow cottage stairs split off into sitting room and bedroom and tiered garden has very steep steps, children to be supervised. Note: Two steps up to the front door.

Neyland is a small town just off the Cleddau Estuary in Pembrokeshire. The town offers a marina, shops, pubs and walks, and within reach is Pembroke which has a 13th century castle and coastal walks. Also close by is the town of Haverfordwest and the city of St Davids.
