The Linhay is a detached barn conversion situated on the owners' livestock farm, 0.7 miles from the Devon village of Sheepwash. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double with a freestanding bath and a first floor twin room, as well as a ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and woodburning stove. Outside, there is off road parking for one car, an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture and use of a private, grass landing airstrip, subject to availability depending on weather conditions. The Linhay is a delightful base for a holidaying in Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed.
