This detached church conversion is located in the village of Totland and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms. Over three floors. Four bedrooms (three with TV): 1 x ground floor super-king size double with en-suite bathroom with shower shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor twin with en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor single, 1 x second floor super-king size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Utility. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
1 Church House is a detached church conversion in the village of Totland just one mile from Freshwater. The cottage sleeps seven people and has two super-king size double bedrooms (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite wet rooms, one super-king size double with en-suite shower room, one single bedroom and family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a patio with furniture and BBQ. Situated on the west side of the Isle of Wight, 1 Church House is a fantastic family cottage all year round. The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker's paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

Gas central heating with underfloor heating in bathrooms. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 x Smart TVs with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 6 mins walk. Beach 8 mins walk. Note: The master bedroom has a galleried balcony overlooking the sitting area, children must be supervised. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: Max 7 people including infants. Note: Property has BT vision not Sky TV.

The village of Totland rests in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the west side of the Isle of Wight's beautiful coast, offering visitors local shops and pubs and spectacular unspoilt coastal scenery. The award-winning beaches of both Totland and Colwell Bay offer a range of activities, whilst Freshwater with its golf course and public swimming pool is an excellent starting point for walks along the Tennyson Trail.
