Kirklands is a superb, terraced townhouse in Keswick sleeping up to nine people in four bedrooms. There's also a bathroom, a shower room and two cloakrooms, along with a kitchen, a utility room, a dining room, a first floor sitting room with open fire and a ground floor snug with woodburning stove. Outside, there is a small terraced garden area to the front of the property, whilst to the rear is a larger terraced area with furniture. Roadside parking is also available nearby, on a first come, first served basis, whilst a nearby car park for additional parking is also available. Kirklands is a lovely, spacious holiday home, perfect for touring this pretty part of the North Lake District. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Gas central heating with open fire and woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Sky, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter packs for fire and stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking available on first come, first served basis. Additional parking available in nearby car park at cost. Small front garden, plus rear terraced area. Property accepts a maximum of 3 children. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk.

"We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Kirklands. It was rather indulgent to have this sized house just for the two of us and our Westie but we loved it. The house was warm and welcoming. We didn't use the fire in the upstairs lounge as the weather was mild but it was a temptation given that fuel was thoughtfully on hand. The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry room at the back door was very handy for muddy boots and wet waterproofs. The piano is an excellent touch. I hadn't played for many years so I thoroughly enjoyed tinkling, although I don't think my husband enjoyed it quite as much. The bed was comfy. The bath was huge! I do love a roll top bath so I was in my element. The formal dining room wasn't used but will be later on this year when I celebrate my 50th birthday here with family. Thank you owners of Kirklands you have a lovely house."
"Have been coming to Keswick for about 10 years and never had a bad house but this was one of the best. Some of the decor is classic rather than modern but this adds to the charm! Everything you could ever need to make yourself cosy and very close to town. We always travel around the lakes but didn't feel the need to get back in the car again this time, everything within easy walk and the kids enjoyed lazing about the house. 6 of us stayed but could easily accommodate 9. Charlie dog loved the open fire and the kids loved the super fast wifi! "
