Driftwood is a ground floor cottage in the village of Holland-on-Sea near to Clacton. The cottage sleeps four people and has a double bedroom, a twin room and a family shower room. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen, a sitting room and a conservatory. Outside is off road parking for two cars, lockable bike storage and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Just a five minute walk from the beach, Driftwood is a wonderful family holiday home for a traditional seaside holiday. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways, East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: There is a private lake just 13 yards from the property with no access for guests. There is a padlocked gate but please ensure children are supervised.

The seaside resort of Clacton-on-Sea has something for everyone. The town has sandy beaches, watersports, a Victorian pier, gardens, fun fair, bowling greens, theatres, golf courses and shopping and leisure facilities, plus a number of pubs and restaurants. Close to Clacton-on-Sea is the town of Colchester, with its zoo.

"Driftwood is a wonderful holiday cottage, very clean inside and all the modern amenities. The front garden/area is all paved so you can park off of the street. If you have any questions, Ray, the caretaker is only a phone call away and was very helpful and friendly. My daughter was ecstatic that there was wifi and it was very fast. The beach was only 5-7 minutes walk away. The bathroom (we're from America) was great with a nice shower with hotwater whenever you needed it, without having to worry if the boiler was on. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the Clacton/Walton area."
