Three bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double with en-suite bath, hand held shower, basin and WC, 2 x twin (one zip/link, can be super king-size double on request). Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Two sitting rooms, one with woodburning stove.

This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of a super king-size double with en-suite bath and two twins, along with a shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and two sitting rooms, with one boasting a woodburning stove. Outside there's an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and barbecue and ample off road parking. Rectory Cottage is a wonderful family base with plenty to see and do within reach.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Sloping ceiling in bathroom. Note: Local caterer can supply food on request, at an additional cost. Please note: bookings must fall between a Friday and Friday.
