This cosy semi-detached cottage is set on the owner's working livestock farm near the village of Llanbadarn-Fynydd, 4 miles from Llanbister, and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request), 1 x ground floor single with pull-out stacker bed. Ground floor bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with archway to sitting room with dining area leading to archway to snug with woodburner and veranda. External utility.

Outside is off road parking for four cars, an enclosed lawned garden and patio with furniture and a screened hot tub and a veranda with furniture. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed lawned garden and patio with furniture and screened hot tub. Veranda with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 miles, pub 4 miles. Note: Due to location, WiFi can be intermittent. Note: Water supply is from a well which is fully tested. Note: Caretaker lives on-site. Note: Property is close to A483, associated road noise will be heard. Note: Horse livery available, please contact the owner for further information. Note: Ground floor bedroom and bathroom accessed via 2 steps from main living area.
