Oswestry is a market town and civil parish in Shropshire, England. Old Westry is one of Shropshire's best attractions, and is a 3,000 year old Iron Age hill fort, with evidence of its construction dating back to 800 BC and AD 43, and makes for magnificent sightseeing opportunities. The town itself is famous for the number of pubs and restaurants which offer real ale. A wonderful town, steeped in history.

"Had a long weekend at the cottage,was greeted by the owner who was very nice and bakes a wonderful cake. Wish we had stayed longer it was so cosy and spotlessly clean,about 45 minutes into Chester and to Chester zoo,lots of other places to see not too far away,would definitely stay again."
