Overview
This excellent, detached cottage near St. Clears, Carmarthenshire sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 2 x double, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area and sitting area. Utility. Sitting room with woodburner.
The Barn is a delightful, spacious cottage set in a lovely position alongside two other cottages, three miles from St Clears in Carmarthenshire. There is a king-size double, two doubles, a twin, and two shower rooms (one on the ground floor). Also on the ground floor is a kitchen with sitting and dining area, a utility room and a separate sitting room with a woodburner. Outside, there is off road parking for four cars, plus a private front patio, a private raised lawned area and extensive shared grounds. The Barn provides a perfect base for your family holiday, and can be booked with other properties on-site, making it ideal for larger groups seeking a get-together to remember. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Private front patio with furniture and BBQ, plus raised lawned area. Shared lawned gardens with woodland walks and open lakes. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Shallow open stream runs through the woodland with open lakes, plus sloped access to raised lawned garden with sloped boundary, children to be supervised. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

St. Clears is a small town set inland between Carmarthen and the coastal resorts of the Pembrokeshire coast. Great for exploring the South Wales coastline, the area is ideal for walkers, cyclists, and explorers alike. St. Clears hosts a variety of festivals and carnivals throughout the year, has a number of shops, pubs and eateries, and the mound of the 12th century St. Clears Castle can still be seen. A wonderful base, with something for everyone!
