With three bedrooms, including a twin on the first floor with an en-suite basin and WC, the property can sleep six people. There's also a ground floor shower room, along with a king-size double and a standard double bedroom. Guests will also find a kitchen with dining area, a utility room and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there is a small rear patio plus a front patio with furniture and off road parking for three cars. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Small rear patio plus enclosed front patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Ground floor double bedroom accessed via 2 steps. Note: Property on working farm, dogs to be kept on a lead when outside. Note: Low wall to neighbouring field from lawn, children and pets to be supervised.

Tissington is a beautiful little village in the Peak District National Park. Famous for its well dressings, Tissington invites you to come along and soak up the atmosphere of this well-managed estate village with its duck pond, quaint cottages, church, tearooms and impressive old hall. A very pretty village and a perfect place from which to enjoy the many sights of the Peak District.

"My parents booked this cottage for a week they had never been to Derbyshire before I recommended it to them, this cottage is ideally situated to tour the beautiful villages and dales of Derbyshire the cottage it's self is a credit to the owners who let us come up and visit my parents overnight it has everything you could possibly need and so tastefully furnished, views from the garden a great and the Tissington trail is a two minute walk from the cottage, great for active walkers or just relax and enjoy the view, thank you to the owners for are unexpected visit you have a beautiful cottage and we will be back "
"Croft house is situated on the edge of a busy dairy farm with easy access to the Tissington Trail . The views are lovely, we especially enjoyed the comings and goings of the dairy herd and the walks along the footpaths with our dog into the very picturesque village of Tissington. Good boots are required you are on a farm, but the cottage itself contains everything you could possibly need which is great because you are a little way from any shops. The location is very quiet and the accommodation very relaxing, there are lots of very nice places to eat in the surrounding villages but if you want to cater for yourselves the cottage has everything. The situation is great for visiting lots of Derbyshire's favourite tourist areas being very close to Dovedale, Ashbourne, Matlock, Bakewell and many others."
