Two electric ovens, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Two cots, highchair and stairgates. Off road parking for 6 cars. Rear and side lawned garden with decked patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Open tread stairs. Note: Ground floor bedroom accessed via second sitting room. Note: Property is accessed via 1 step up and so may be unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Penmynydd, a quiet village on Anglesey, is surrounded by stunning countryside and is conveniently located just four miles from the coastline. The village is steeped in history, having given rise to the Tudors and the forefathers of Henry VIII. A short drive away is the seaside town of Benllech, with a long and sandy beach, excellent for families.

"This house is well located, not far from wherever you might want to go on the island. There are shops pubs walks and restaurants within a short drive in either direction. The house is spacious and was chosen because of the variety of bed configurations and the separate lounge areas that allow older family members a bit of peace, away from the noise of the younger generations. The house was nicely dressed for Christmas and we had a lovely week here. I would say that the house needs a bit of attention in that a few things are showing signs of wear and we were also a little disappointed that some aspects of cleanliness had not been addressed. However, we set to and dealt with issues as we came across them and reported them to the managers. None of these things spoiled our holiday, but I'm not sure that the word luxury is appropriate."
