Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Spindrift is a wonderfully-located, ground floor coastal apartment set near the beach in Porth, near Newquay in Cornwall. With two bedrooms consisting of one king-size double and one twin (which can be linked together to create a king-size double), this cottage can sleep four people. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is also a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a small, private patio with a furniture and a barbecue. Spindrift is the perfect choice for friends and families looking for a superb beach holiday in Cornwall, all year round.

Electric panel heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed private courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Beach 4 mins walk. Note: For 2018 & 2019 bookings there may be some associated noise from building works taking place next to the property, Monday through Friday approx 9am-5pm. Please contact the office to see if booking can be accepted if you are looking to book within 72 hours of the holiday start date.
