The Spinney is a delightful, stone-built annexe cottage, attached to the owner's home, near the village of Welburn, North Yorkshire. With two bedrooms, a ground floor double and a first floor twin, the property can sleep four people. There's also a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside, there is ample off road parking, bike storage and a front enclosed patio garden with furniture. The Spinney is a charming cottage, a perfectly-placed base for touring North Yorkshire. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

The small, attractive village of Welburn is situated amidst gentle, rolling hills between York and Malton, 1.5 miles from Castle Howard. Pretty, stone cottages line the main street, which has a village pub serving food, and a tearoom and shop. A lovely holiday location all year round.
