Holly Glen is a detached cottage located just over three miles from the Donegal town of Ardara. This cottage sleeps nine people in four bedrooms, consisting of two first floor doubles with en-suite showers, a ground floor double, a ground floor family room with one double and one single, and a separate bathroom with a freestanding bath. The cottage also has a kitchen with a sitting area and open fire, and a dining room. Outside there is ample off road parking and two patios with furniture. Holly Glen is a convenient base for exploring all that Donegal has to offer. The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.

Bike storage and bikes available (at own risk) on honesty box basis. 2 x patios with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3.3 miles. Beach 5 miles. Note: Small stream to rear of cottage, depth varies depending on rainfall so children must be supervised.

The town of Ardara in County Donegal is situated in a wide valley where the Owentocher River enters Loughros More Bay. The town offers many craft and gift shops and traditional Irish pubs. There are walks and cycle routes in the area and every year the town hosts a walking festival. Within driving distance is Donegal Town and there are a number of sandy beaches close by.
