Cassie's Cottage is a cosy, two bedroomed mid terraced cottage which sleeps four people in two double bedrooms. Also within the holiday home is a shower room, a fitted kitchen with dining table and a lovely sitting room. To the outside is a large courtyard with garden furniture and secure off road parking. Being located just a few minute's walk from the local amenities, Cassie's Cottage is a superb base from which to discover this delightful area of North Norfolk. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways, East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front, enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Rear yard. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk, beach 15 mins walk. Note: Max 4 people. Note: No children under 10 yrs (inc. infants).

Heacham is a village located on the Norfolk coastline boasting a family friendly sandy beach ideal for jet skis, kitesurfing and windsurfing. The village has many cottages built from Carstone, which is a feature of this part of Norfolk, and also offers a good range of shops, restaurants and country pubs. Within walking distance is Caley Hall, home to Norfolk Lavender with its sweet smelling lavender fields. This part of Norfolk is renowned for its abundance of birdlife throughout the year, with several local RSPB sites; while within easy driving distance is Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Gardens. Nearby Hunstanton offers traditional seaside entertainment including a sealife centre, while The Queen's Sandringham Estate is just a 15 minute drive.

"This is a really cosy cottage with everything you could want for a very comfortable stay. Exceptionally well appointed real home from home, beautifully furnished throughout with a small enclosed front garden with table and chairs for sunny days, sadly our week was a wet one so didn't get to use them though. Short walk to local bakery and Tesco local and short drive to a Lidl store so easy for shopping. Local buses are frequent and ideal for exploring the surrounding areas. The beach is a 15/20 min walk away or 5 min drive."
"This was our 2nd year of winter breaks at Cassies Cottage and it really felt like coming home. The cottage is so tastefully laid out and is so comfortable to stay in that at time of departure we did not want to leave. We are so impressed with it that we have booked again for 2018 and is now a highlight for us . The owner is always at hand should you need any assistance and Sally and her husband are two of the nicest people you could wish to meet. The area around Heacham is perfect for the odd day out, even in the winter and we went out every day to different locations within 1 hours drive of the cottage"
"Arrived at Cassie's cottage in Heachum which had its own off road parking. The place was very clean and tidy with well proportioned rooms. The rooms were all pleasantly decorated with the kitchen layout being particularly well done including the range oven. We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage and though it had everything that we needed. I had to be careful with walking between the door frames due to being around 6 foot"
