Outside there's off road parking in the free pub car park for one car, shared use of the pub garden with seating and shared access to an acre of land for exercising dogs at the rear of the pub. No 3 The Old Coach House is a great base for exploring this part of Cornwall.

Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub on doorstep. Note: Due to various events throughout the year held at the pub next to the cottages, there may be associated noise until late on some occasions, please contact the owner for more information. Note: Small amount of road noise may be experienced.
