Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x 4ft double, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Sitting room with dining area.
Banc Bach is a modern detached cottage located on the outskirts of the village of Cilcennin near to the town of Aberaeron in Mid Wales. The cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double, a 4ft double and a single, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting room with dining area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a lawned rear garden, a patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue. Located in beautiful countryside and yet a short drive to the coast, Banc Bach is a delightful cottage in a fabulous part of Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome - Please keep pets off the furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 3 miles. Note: Steps up from patio to lawned area.

The pretty Georgian coastal town of Aberaeron is located between Cardigan and Aberystwyth. There is an abundance of shops with unusual gifts, great eating places and pubs, and a quiet little harbour to enjoy watching the boats come and go. Aberaeron is perfectly positioned to enjoy watersports or coastal and countryside walks and cycle rides. Short drives to Cardigan to the south, or Aberystwyth to the north offer more shops, craft centres, museums and cinema or theatre visits. A lovely location all year round.

"This was our second stay at Banc Bach, We love this cottage located a couple of miles inland from Aberaeron & New Quay in the quiet village of Cilcennin. The layout of large dining/sitting room with direct access to the secure patio/garden area and adjoining well equipped kitchen, make this property ideal for families with young children. We especially like being able to walk our dogs on the quiet country lanes. All in all a really comfy home from home. Tip - Co-Op in Lampeter approx 20 minute drive away best location for food shop, as local convienience stores tend to have limited selection & be rather expensive."
"A lovely well kitted out cottage. Everything we wanted was provided for. The only slight downside was only one WC and with 4 adults it was a little awkward at times. The security of the garden was excellent for the dogs. Overall a lovely cottage."
