Oil central heating with open fire in sitting room and underfloor heating in first floor bathroom. Electric double oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, Smart TV with Freeview and NOW TV, DVD, CD, iPod dock, selection of books, games and DVDs, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 1 car in front of the cottage. Additional permit parking at nearby swimming pool at bottom of hill. Front patio with seating with stunning sea views and view of Harlech Castle. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Pubs, restaurants and shops 5 mins walk. Note: The cottage is situated on a flat road off a steep hill. Please be careful when driving through the stone pillars at the property as it can be a bit tight, it is always better to drive down the hill and then reverse onto the flat lane in front of the terrace. Note: Two permits for additional parking are provided. Note: Front patio area is shared with the neighbouring property.

Also Cardigan Bay and the towns of Barmouth and Porthmadog are close by for a day by the sea.
