Electric hot water central heating with woodburning stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with basic Sky, radio, WiFi. Power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking outside cottage, further parking on green just across the road, both of first come first served basis. Front bench, side courtyard garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 1 min walk, pub 3 mins walk. Note: En-suite accessed via small height-restricted doorway up three steps from bedroom. Note: Slightly reduced headroom in some areas of cottage.

The lovely Wensleydale village of Bainbridge is situated in beautiful countryside, four miles from the market town of Hawes. The village is an excellent base for walkers, and there are many beauty spots in the area including Aysgarth Falls, Semerwater, castles at both Castle Bolton and Middleham and Hardraw Force - England's highest single waterfall.

"Came for a family weekend in December, fantastic cosy cottage, everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Wood burning stove provided a warm welcome after a cold winter day in the dales. Rain Shower downstairs was great, nice to have the downstairs bathroom when potty training out little boy. Beds really comfortable and slept so well in the quite of the village. Location is in the village with the pub up the road, cafe is right across the road, but is closed until Easter unfortunately. Lovely play area on the green with a zip line! Great fun. Bottle of cava was a lovely touch. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay "
