The Studio is a charming, cosy studio cottage situated down a quiet farm lane near the St Kew Golf Club, near Wadebridge in Cornwall. The cottage offers an open plan living area with a kitchen, a sitting area with a gas stove, and a partially partitioned double bedroom. There is also a shower room leading off the living area. Outside, there is off road parking for one car, a private patio and just down the lane, the St Kew Golf Club. The Studio is a charming retreat for couples wishing to explore Cornwall and relax, surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Shop 2 miles, pub in golf clubhouse 5 mins walk. Note: Access to double bed is narrow on both sides, may not be suitable for less mobile. Note: Fold-up bed available on request. The bustling market town of Wadebridge is perfectly placed alongside the ebb and flow of the River Camel, an ideal location for exploring the natural beauty of North Cornwall. The town hosts an array of excellent shops, pubs and restaurants, all offering a personal and friendly service and is home to North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. The beautiful countryside surrounding the village is criss-crossed with a network of local footpaths, amazing gardens and stately homes to explore whilst the renowned Camel Trail passes through the town, providing 17 miles of fabulous, traffic free, walking, horse riding and cycling opportunities.
