Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.7 mile, pub 10 mins walk. Note: The property is alongside the A48 so there will be traffic noise.
