Overview
This superb cottage just outside Llanrwst in North Wales and sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. Five bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin, bidet and WC, 3 x doubles, two twins which can be arranged as super king-size doubles on request,1 x ground floor double. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, shower over, basin and separate WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 3) and games area with pool table and TV. Conservatory with dining area. Sitting room with electric stove. External utility/drying room.
Pengwern Farmhouse is a superb cottage just outside Llanrwst in North Wales. The cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms which are a ground floor double, a king-size double with an en-suite shower room, a double with a basin and two twins which can be arranged as super king-size doubles on request. There is a ground floor shower room and a bathroom on the first floor. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen with a games area, a conservatory with a dining area and a sitting room.Outside is a lawned garden with a patio, furniture and a hot tub and there is ample off road parking. Pengwern Farmhouse is in a fantastic setting with woodland walks available from the door. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Llanrwst is a thriving market town which stands in the beautiful Conwy Valley, only four miles from picturesque Betws-y-Coed, known as the 'Gateway to Snowdonia' and which is North Wales's most popular inland resort. Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges.

"llanwrst a minute away,got everything you need,pubs,shops,etc,very scenic area,beautiful views from the farmhouse and all around.the farmhouse itself is very big,5 rooms,big kitchen,plenty of parking etc,hot tub,pool table all in all very good,big garden to walk the dogs as well.the beds were superb so a good sleep is guaranteed.the hot tub needs lighting none at all,maybe a screen as well but minor grumble its a bit tired in some areas and could do with a touch up,but overall its very good."
"Just back from a very enjoyable weeks stay at Pengwern Farm House. We can honestly can say we couldn't really fault it, and was exactly as advertised and what was expected. The owner Glyn was really lovely and was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival. The house itself is totally beautiful and had a very peaceful homely feel about it. The garden, hot tub area and the bike storage/utility area was fabulous, although would maybe like to see a lantern near the hot tub for those dark winter nights. The views were gorgeous and not overlooked ... and having a whole Forest literally as your back garden is really special indeed. The location was totally perfect for us, and everything we came here to do was either local, or just a short drive away. All in all we loved our stay and would not hesitate to book again...and again...and again!!! In fact we've just booked for next year already! :) Would have loved a week next Summer, but now all fully booked unfortunately. Will have to get in there quick for 2019!! Thank you so much Glyn for letting us have use of your beautiful home, it really was perfect for us. See you next year! "
