First floor family bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Ground floor wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Third floor attic room with sitting area and children's den/sensory area. External utility room. Summerhouse.

Enclosed garden with patio area, hot tub, outdoor seating, barbecue and chiminea. Summerhouse with drinks fridge. Two well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurants 5 mins walk. Woodland walking accessible by footpath to the rear of the property. Note: Due to the amount of steps at this property it is not suitable for people with restricted mobility.
