Overview
This three storey apartment is located next to the beach in Criccieth and can sleep ten people in four bedrooms. Over first, second and third floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x second floor super king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 2 x third floor twin, 1 x second floor family room with 1 double and 1 adult bunks. Third floor bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Second floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. First floor kitchen with breakfast table. First floor sitting room with dining area and gas fire.
Seaside is spread over the top three floors of a four storey town house next to the beach in Criccieth. The cottage sleeps ten people and has a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite, two twin rooms, a family bedroom and two family bathrooms. It also contains a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside is a small patio, roadside parking and the beach which is ten yards away. With many rooms with sea views where you can spot the dolphins in the bay, Seaside is a superb family holiday home in North Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Unrestricted roadside parking outside property. Front patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 mins walk. Beach across road. Note: The third floor has some low ceilings. Note: The ground floor is occupied by the owners on an occasional basis.

Often referred to as one of Wales's hidden gems, the seaside town of Criccieth is just five miles from picturesque Porthmadog. With an impressive 13th century castle set on a dramatic rocky outcrop, the town possesses an imposing skyline and superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains.
