Outside there is ample off road parking, bike storage available by prior arrangement with owner, a decked balcony with furniture and a hot tub and open grassed areas to the sides of the property. Note: Property is accessed via 3 steps leading to the balcony and entrance. Note: There is an unfenced water feature in the park, children and pets to be supervised. The small hamlet of Kiplin in North Yorkshire is set just 2.25 miles from Scorton where visitors can find many great pubs and a convenience store. Kiplin is also just 8 miles from Richmond where you can find history and character amongst the quaint cobbled streets and narrow alleys.

"I decided to treat my partner to a weekend here for her birthday. Absolutely loved it. George was amazing and one of the nicest hosts I've ever had the privelage to meet. Very clean and tidy park as well as peace and tranquility. George greeted us on our arrival and was very helpful, the following morning he came round and sorted the hot tub out for us and was stood chatting. He also let us stay an extra few hours as the lodge wasn't been used. The lodge could of been a shambles but I would of still gone back because of the owner. Lovely place and would highly recommend. Me and my partner will definetly be visiting again soon."
"What a lovely place! Cannot fault it - gorgeous lodge, hot tub and park. Lodges well spaced from each other so guests not on top of each other. Lovely and clean lodges and very well equipped with kitchen ware, sofas, TV etc etc. George is the loveliest of hosts and couldn't do enough for us. We visited for a week with our 2 dogs and loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night. Cannot wait to go back!"
"Really good spacious lodge in an ideal location for exploring Richmond and the surrounding villages.we went with 2 kids 10 and 13 and our pet dog.there was loads of walks and things to do most of the pubs let dogs in so you can have a pint and a meal then back to the lovely hot tub at the lodge to relax.the owner George and his wife were really friendly and helpful"
