The cottage has a double bedroom, a shower room, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and an enclosed front and side patio. Erddig Bach is ideal for enjoying the coastal path, visiting the villages of the Llyn Peninsula, or exploring further afield into Snowdonia. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

LPG central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car, additional parking available on first come first served basis. Enclosed front and side patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pubs 4 mins walk. Note: WiFi can be intermittent.

Llanbedrog is a small village that sits close to the sea as part of the Lleyn Peninsula. The beach here is extremely popular, benefiting from its southerly aspect. It offers huge expanses of fine sand with glorious views of Cardigan Bay. The shores are often visited by dolphins and porpoises and the sea is also popular for a variety of water-sports. Inland, the panorama is a stunning vista of rolling countryside and rugged Welsh hills. The Snowdonia National Park is within easy access, offering around 82 square miles of unspoilt scenery, which houses a diverse range of flora and fauna. Llanbedrog village also has its own hidden gems, such as Wales' oldest gallery, the Oriel Plas Glyn-Y-Weddw Arts Centre and St. Pedrog's 6th Century church.

"This is not a large apartment, but it is clean and well laid out with everything one needs for a stay. The owner was attentive without being intrusive, and the food in the fridge when we arrived as well as the present of a local tea towel were both appreciated. Getting to the apartment requires driving up a narrow lane, but the proximity of the village, and the availability of public transport (roughly GBP1 to local towns) meant we didn't need to move the car once we got there. We would stay here again if we were in the area,"
"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the atmosphere was that of "Relaxation" The Cottage was well situated for everything we wanted to do and see.. It was exeptionally clean, comfy, and adequate.. Strongly reccomend this."
